We are looking to hire passionate UX/UI Designers who can craft intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for various projects.
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
UI/UX Tools: Proficiency with Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups.
Mobile Design Patterns: Strong understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design best practices.
Interactive Prototyping: Experience creating clickable prototypes, motion design, and micro-interactions for usability testing.
User Research & Testing: Skilled in conducting usability studies, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and gathering actionable feedback.
Information Architecture: Ability to organize content logically and design smooth navigation flows.
Design Systems: Experience working with or building scalable design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries.
Portfolio: Must present a strong portfolio with real-world examples of mobile app design (wireframes, flows, prototypes, final UI).
Nice-to-Have Skills
Front-End Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and mobile development constraints to collaborate effectively with developers.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a drive for project success.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Experience Level
Junior (0–2 years): Strong portfolio showcasing personal or academic projects.
Mid-level (3–5 years): Proven track record of shipping mobile apps and improving key user metrics (engagement, retention).
Senior (5+ years): End-to-end ownership of design projects, experience mentoring junior designers, and influencing product direction.
Industry Exposure: Prior experience in consumer-facing apps (e-commerce, fintech, social, or productivity) is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a relevant field.
Fluent in English communication (both written and spoken).
