Job Description
We are looking for a skilled UiPath RPA Platform Operations Specialist to join our team. As an RPA Platform Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing, supporting, and optimizing our client's UiPath RPA platform. You will ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the RPA infrastructure while troubleshooting any platform-related issues. This role is critical to helping maintain high availability and performance of our automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the UiPath RPA platform, including infrastructure setup, upgrades, and scaling.
- Provide operational support for UiPath environments to ensure the smooth functioning of automation workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the UiPath platform, including Orchestrator and robot-related concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business teams, to implement and optimize automation workflows.
- Monitor the health and performance of the UiPath platform, ensuring uptime and availability.
- Assist in deploying RPA bots and managing their lifecycle from development through production.
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in the operation of the UiPath platform.
- Document operational processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Provide technical support and training for internal teams on UiPath platform functionalities and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in UiPath RPA platform operations, automation, or a related IT field.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, Studio, and other components of the UiPath RPA platform.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure: Experience with managing virtual machines, servers, and cloud-based environments.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Security Awareness: Knowledge of RPA security practices and compliance requirements.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- UiPath certification is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in UiPath RPA bot/orchestrator installation, configuration, and operation.
Experience managing UiPath RPA operations, preferably for a major telecom service provider.
Strong knowledge of UiPath applications and licensing modalities.
Basic IT infrastructure, connectivity, and integration standards.
Troubleshooting, recovery, and restoration skills for infrastructure/integration/RPA (UiPath) applications.
Strong process-oriented mindset, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
Certification from UiPath Academy is a plus.
