Key Responsibilities:

  • CV Screening & Candidate Outreach:
    • Screen resumes efficiently to identify candidates aligned with our tech requirements.
    • Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability, ensuring alignment with technical job descriptions.
  • Talent Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain an organized database of potential candidates for multiple tech roles.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job-specific needs and priorities.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for applicants, providing a positive and professional experience.
    • Communicate effectively to schedule interviews, follow up on applications, and ensure timely feedback.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring deadlines.
    • Contribute to refining recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Market Research & Learning:
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in tech recruitment and hiring practices.
    • Continuously learn about various tech roles to enhance sourcing and screening accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or customer service. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for learning are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Basic understanding of tech roles and terminology (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Proficiency in using MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
