We are seeking experienced professionals who can operate in a hybrid Scrum Master / Project Manager capacity, depending on project needs. This role requires both agile facilitation expertise and structured project management capability.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating agile processes while also ensuring structured planning, execution, and delivery management across projects.
Agile & Scrum Responsibilities (Scrum Master Scope)

Guide and coach development teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Remove impediments and ensure the team’s progress remains uninterrupted.

Foster a collaborative and transparent working environment.

Work closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability.
Project Management Responsibilities (PM Scope)

Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Define project milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans.

Monitor project performance metrics and provide status reports to stakeholders.

Manage delivery schedules and release timelines.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Ensure proper documentation, governance, and reporting standards are maintained.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related discipline (exceptional candidates without this qualification will be considered).
Experience Requirements
-
Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a hybrid Agile delivery role.

Experience managing multiple teams or complex technology projects is highly preferred.
Certification Requirements

For Scrum-focused candidates: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required. Advanced certifications (CSP, CSC) will be considered a strong plus.

For Project Management-focused candidates: PMP certification is a plus.
