We are seeking passionate and experienced Scrum Masters for various projects.


Role and Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the agile development process, ensuring the team's adherence to Scrum principles and practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and iteratively. Your responsibilities will include:


- Guiding and coaching the development team on Agile/Scrum practices.

- Facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Removing obstacles and ensuring the team's progress remains unimpeded.

- Fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and problem-solving.

- Shielding the team from external distractions and interference.

- Working closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

- Monitoring team performance metrics and suggesting improvements for enhanced efficiency.

- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.

- Managing delivery and release timelines.

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and agile methodologies.


Must-Have Skills:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent. Advanced certifications like Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) are a plus.

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, including experience with leading multiple Scrum teams in a complex environment.

- Strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, principles, and Scrum frameworks.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.

- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate challenges in a rapidly changing environment.

- A track record of driving successful development cycles.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Skills:

- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.

- Eagerness to learn new technologies.

- Versatile job nature.

- A very good team player.


Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Sc. in Computer Science (exceptional candidates without this qualification will be considered).

- Enjoy working on challenging solutions and systems.

- A "can-do" attitude.
