We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead and manage multiple projects across different teams and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.


Role & Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

  • Defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

  • Leading project teams and ensuring effective collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Using JIRA as the primary project management and tracking tool for tasks, timelines, dependencies, and reporting.

  • Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Monitoring project performance metrics and implementing corrective actions when required.

  • Managing release schedules and delivery timelines.

  • Ensuring adherence to internal project governance, reporting standards, and documentation.

  • Communicating project status, risks, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

  • Staying updated with industry best practices in project management methodologies.


Must-Have Skills & Requirements

Certification

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.

  • No other certifications will be considered as a replacement for PMP.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development or technology-driven environments.

  • Strong hands-on experience using JIRA for project tracking, reporting, and workflow management (mandatory).

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex and fast-changing project environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive successful project delivery cycles.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.

  • Strong facilitation and leadership skills.

  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related discipline (exceptional candidates without this qualification will be considered).

  • Experience working on complex systems and challenging projects.

  • Strong “can-do” attitude with delivery focus.
