We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead and manage multiple projects across different teams and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

Defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

Leading project teams and ensuring effective collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Using JIRA as the primary project management and tracking tool for tasks, timelines, dependencies, and reporting.

Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Monitoring project performance metrics and implementing corrective actions when required.

Managing release schedules and delivery timelines.
-
Ensuring adherence to internal project governance, reporting standards, and documentation.

Communicating project status, risks, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

Staying updated with industry best practices in project management methodologies.
Must-Have Skills & Requirements
Certification
-
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
-
No other certifications will be considered as a replacement for PMP.
Experience & Skills

Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development or technology-driven environments.

Strong hands-on experience using JIRA for project tracking, reporting, and workflow management (mandatory).

Solid understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex and fast-changing project environments.

Demonstrated ability to drive successful project delivery cycles.
