Job Context:

Miaki is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist to transform ideas, data, and content into compelling visual stories. This role demands a high level of creativity, technical proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, and the ability to craft presentations tailored for different audiences—ranging from employee-focused decks to crisp, executive-ready overviews. Responsibilities:

  • Design visually stunning, impactful presentations using PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders

  • Tailor slide content and storytelling style based on the target audience (e.g., employees, management, investors)

  • Condense long-form presentations (e.g., 20-slide decks) into concise, strategic 2–3 slide synopses for C-level executives and investors

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and translate ideas into clean, engaging visuals

  • Maintain brand consistency, formatting standards, and high-quality aesthetics across all presentations

  • Create custom templates, visual assets, and icons when necessary

  • Use infographics, charts, and visuals to simplify complex data

  • Work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality

  • Stay updated with modern design trends and presentation tools

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in presentation design and visual storytelling

  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint; proficiency with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) is a plus

  • Creative mindset with an excellent eye for layout, color theory, typography, and spacing

  • Strong understanding of audience-specific presentation strategies

  • Ability to condense complex information into high-level executive summaries

  • Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously


Good to Have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate environment

  • Knowledge of video integration, transitions, and basic animations in PowerPoint

  • Prior experience supporting investor decks or strategic business reviews

  • Familiarity with brand identity and marketing communication

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar presentation design role
