We are looking for an experienced Integration Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, integrating, and managing APIs and data flows between social media and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Twitter, Gmail, Play Store, and YouTube. This role requires a strong understanding of API architecture, authentication, compliance, and automation workflows.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the business team to understand media operation needs across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Gmail, Play Store, and YouTube, including post, comment, and message management.
Compile and provide Postman collections or cURL commands for media APIs to the backend team for production-grade integration.
Prepare and share detailed API integration documentation with best practices for secure and smooth implementation.
Manage access tokens, refresh tokens, and maintain secure authentication and authorization flows.
Develop and manage API/Webhook solutions for event-driven workflows, including scheduling and rate-limiting controls.
Implement polling mechanisms for platforms that lack webhook support (e.g., YouTube, Play Store).
Ensure compliance with Meta, Google, and other vendor policies, including security and privacy requirements.
Maintain strong understanding of media event tagging, classification, and automated response templates.
Work closely with development and operations teams to maintain information security, SDLC, and O&M processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Keep up to date with emerging trends in API integration, DevOps, and media automation to ensure scalability and reliability.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in API integration, backend development, or system architecture.
Additional Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Java / Python / Node.js / PHP.
Expertise in REST API design, implementation, and integration.
Solid understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and multi-system authentication/authorization.
Proficient in MySQL — relational table design, creation, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and intermediate-level DevOps familiarity.
Practical experience with Advanced API access, Business Verification, and App Review processes for media platforms.
Demonstrated ability to integrate APIs for Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, YouTube, Google Play Store, and email servers.
Clear understanding of vendor compliance, OWASP security practices, and data protection guidelines.
Proficient in using tools such as Postman, cURL, and API documentation/testing suites.
Experience in Agile/Scrum SDLC methodology.
Experience in unit, regression, and load testing, including test case creation and execution.
