We are looking for a passionate, experienced IBM Maximo Developer to work on various asset management and system implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom Maximo applications using automation scripts, MIF, and APIs.
• Integration: Build integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems using REST APIs and XML.
• Customization: Create and implement workflows, reports, and application changes based on requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues within Maximo systems.
• Documentation: Write detailed technical documentation for customizations and solutions.
• Collaboration: Work with consultants and administrators to align solutions with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• IBM Maximo Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with IBM Maximo, particularly with MIF and BIRT tools.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
• Integration Skills: Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, and XML for system integration.
• Soft Skills: Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Certifications: IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6.

Good to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript or modern programming languages.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Leadership or team mentoring experience.
