We are looking for a passionate, experienced IBM Maximo Consultant to work on various asset management and system implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and asset management needs.
• Configuration: Configure IBM Maximo applications, workflows, and security settings to align with client needs.
• Business Process Mapping: Analyze and map organizational processes with Maximo solutions.
• Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and post-deployment support.
• Documentation: Create functional and technical documentation for project implementation.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on IBM Maximo features, updates, and industry best practices.
• Troubleshooting: Work with technical teams to resolve system issues and optimize performance.

Key Requirements:

• IBM Maximo Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Maximo implementation and consulting.
• Configuration Knowledge: Experience configuring workflows, reports, and security settings in Maximo.
• Process Understanding: Strong knowledge of asset management processes and industry standards.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Maximo tools such as MIF and BIRT reporting.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred Certifications: IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6.

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with system integrations using APIs.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL queries.
• Leadership traits or experience.
