We are looking to hire a passionate experienced Sr. Backend Engineer for various projects with the below technology.

Responsibilities:

• Write code and tests, build prototypes, resolve issues, and profile and analyze bottlenecks.

• Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems in the cloud/on-prem.

• Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.

• Collaborate and work closely with the product team to better understand the end-user requirements.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in any two of the backend languages: PHP, GoLang, NodeJs.

• Understanding of distributed systems and microservice architecture.

• Understanding of REST & gRPC-based APIs.

• Knowledge of Unit and integration testing.

• Knowledge of MySQL, Redis, MongoDB.

• Knowledge of Message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.

Good to Have:

• Understanding of TypeScript, Laravel.

• Knowledge of AWS.

• Have leadership experience or traits.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
At least 5-9 years of relevant experience as a backend developer.
Enjoy working on challenging solutions and systems.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
