We are looking for a B2B Sales Deal Closer who has a proven ability to close high-value B2B deals in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate is confident, commercially sharp, speaks the language of decision-makers, and thrives in a fast-growing startup environment with distributed teams across Asia and the Middle East.


Job Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from qualified opportunity to deal closure.

  • Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers using industry-appropriate sales language to build credibility and trust.

  • Close B2B deals primarily within Bangladesh, with exposure to regional clients as required.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align client requirements, pricing, and delivery scope.

  • Maintain accurate sales documentation, pipelines, and follow-ups.

  • Continuously improve sales approaches based on market feedback and performance insights.

  • (Bonus) Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and outbound initiatives.


Job Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of closing deals in Bangladesh.

  • Prior experience in FinTech, Bank, Recruitment, or related service industries is highly preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong deal-closing mindset with demonstrated negotiation and objection-handling skills.

  • Presentable, confident, and fluent in industry-level business communication.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.

  • Comfortable working in a growth-stage startup with distributed teams across multiple regions.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deals simultaneously.

  • Fast learner with a proactive approach to understanding new offerings and markets.
